- Next, you’ll learn to identify behaviors that indicate someone is being subject to gender harassment, and find out how this relates to gender identity, gender expression and transgender persons
- Then you’ll learn what quid pro quo harassment is, how it happens, and what to do to prevent it
- You’ll also find out what abusive conduct consists of and your responsibilities as supervisor
- Finally, you’ll learn about procedures for handling harassment complaints, and the legal requirements for how those complaints should be investigated
